TERMS
1. The Barakahology® 100% money-back guarantee applies to all products purchased within the last 60 days. Products bought over 60 days ago are not eligible for a refund.
2. For orders with multiple units, only one opened item is eligible for a refund. All other units must be returned unopened to qualify for a refund.
3.Restocking Fee - A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund'.
4. Barakahology® cannot issue refunds for orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided. We will attempt to correct the address if possible, but this is not guaranteed.
5. Refunds cannot be issued for orders marked as delivered by tracking when a shipment is reported missing. However, we will make every effort to resolve the issue positively.
6. Customers may cancel their orders at any time before shipment. If cancellation is not possible, the customer may email us upon delivery to initiate a return.
7. Please note, we are unable to offer refunds to customers who attempt to resell Barakahology® products without prior authorization.
